it's about 45 minuts, you can take water bus (19.00 euro per person ) from Madona del Orto or normal bus (9.50 euro per person ) from Piazzale Roma

In venice there is not parking free. we do not have parking near to the hotel all parkings are in Piazale Roma. Best regards

Overall an ok place to stay for a night or twoor two Max
Host was friendly. Helped to cast the luggage to second floor.
Quite far from Venice S L station. Host has confirmed that he would provide a room in the ground floor but the room given was on second floor. No lifts available.
